I live with my husband at a farm near by Strängnäs (a couple
of hours westward from Stockholm).
I have had dogs all my life, with the heeler I started only
1990, when my daughter got her first dog Scarex Clever
Cinderella, Ella. You can read about
Ella on My angels.
The next year I imported Embages Merry Marx,
Chip, from England. You’ll find
more about him on My angels.
1994 I bought Brynshults Mimmi,
Chip’s daughter. Here too, you can find on
My angels.
The other dogs you can find on My dogs.
Since then, there have been many shows and several litters. I
have been committee member and member of the breeding committee
of the Swedish Lancashire Heeler Club since 1992, except for two
years. For many years I have also been member of the show
committee. I’m also at the committee of Södermanland’ s Kennel
Club, a regional Swedish kennel organization.
In order to be able to spend as much time as possible with the
dogs, I work at home.
We don’t have a separate kennel , the dogs live with us in the
house, free, in one flock. We take long daily walks in the woods
and fields and the dogs can run without leash. Most of
the day the dogs run free in the yard. When I have customers
they stay together in a fence.
From 4 weeks, the pups live together with the other dogs. They
spend as much time as possible with us in the kitchen where they
get acquainted with all the noises of everyday life, pots and
pans, the vacuumcleaner etc.
